The Objective of this thesis is to conduct a Marketing Plan for an independent game developer; it is intended to help game developers better understand market research and its importance in game development. It provides information on how to conduct a market research project, specifying several options that are available to the game world regardless of their market research budget. This market research focuses on the knowledge of mobile games, previous strategies, channel to distribute the games, willingness to buy the games. This research is based on these findings. The outcome of the research is described and proposed for better satisfying our ambiguous game world. The literature framework of this research describes the nature of mobile game market.
In this research I will use the theory of qualitative analysis, and use the social media to gather information. Under the commissioner of Kayogames Company. Games market used to be a complex task that often took teams of professionals’ years to make and at the cost of millions of dollars, but this is changing and today's surprise hit games are coming more and more out of individuals.
