Tiivistelmä
Toimeksianto opinnäytetyölle saatiin SR-Instruments Oy:lta. Työn tarkoitus on tehostaa SR-Instrumentsin MPH-laitteiston toimitusprosessin joitain osa-alueita.
Työssä keskityttiin tulevaisuudessa tarvittavien komponenttien kokoamisohjeiden laatimiseen sekä olemassaolevan manuaalipohjan parantamiseen. Lisäksi laadittiin Powerpoint-pohjainen koulutusmateriaali koulutustilaisuuteen, joka pidetään laitteen toimituksen yhteydessä.
Taustatietona käytettiin nykyisiä laitteiston manuaaleja sekä muuta SR-Instrumentsin dokumentaatiota. Myös henkilökunnan tietoutta hyödynnettiin, sillä moni asia ei ollut dokumenttimuotoon tallennettuna.
Työn olennaiset tavoitteet saavutettiin. Koulutusmateriaali toiminee hyvänä pohjana tuleville koulutustilaisuuksille ja kokoonpano-ohjeet ovat ensiaskel tulevaisuuden muutoksia kohti. Myös manuaalien kieliasu on entistä parempi ja ne antavat näin paremman kuvan yrityksestä. Tulevaisuudessa kokoonpano-ohjeita täytyy laatia lisää ja päivittää kaikille tarpeellisille komponenteille. Request for the thesis came from SR-Instruments Oy. Purpose of this thesis is to make some parts of the MPH-system delivery process more efficient.
Main focus points of the thesis are the writing of assembly instructions that are needed in the future and the polishing of the current software and hardware manuals. In addition to this, a Powerpoint-based training material was made to support the training part of commissioning MPH-devices.
The current manuals of the system and other documentation available at SR-Instruments were used as the main background information. The knowledge of the staff was also under heavy use, since not all information was documented.
The main goals of the thesis were achieved. The training material will function as a good base for the coming training sessions and the assembly instructions are the first step for the future changes incoming. The manuals are also in better shape than before and thus give a better impression of the company. How-ever, more of these assembly instructions will need to be made or updated for all the necessary components in the future.
