Tiivistelmä
Laturi Corporation is a Finnish startup company based in Oulu, Finland which produces fitness assessment tools for corporate fitness providers. Currently (2013) they are active on both the Finnish and the US market. Their future goal however is to expand their market activities towards different countries.

This thesis concerns a market feasibility study about the Netherlands. The main goal was to find out whether the Dutch corporate fitness market offers Laturi Corporation a sustainable future and whether entering the Dutch market would be an economic wise decision. The report itself gives a theoretical background of a market feasibility study. As well an actual feasibility study is performed on the Netherlands itself. During this study a broad analysis has been made of the Dutch market by analyzing both the Dutch macro environment and micro environment. As well a closer look was given to the corporate fitness market in the Netherlands to find out its active players, competitors, possible customers, and the Dutch view towards corporate fitness and fitness assessment tools etc. Finally a recommendation was given for Laturi Corporation on whether they should and in what manner they could possibly enter the Dutch market.

The main source of information on which this report is based was through interviews, questionnaires and online contact with major actors in the Dutch fitness market. Nowadays corporate fitness is still a small market in the Netherlands but it is expected to grow rapidly during the coming years.
