In the research, the implementation and continuous improvement of total quality management were examined, and the textile industry was used as case study. The research suggests the process of TQM implementation in an organization can be identification and preparation, which identify and gather information about the organization specific areas of improvement that will affect the performance. Management understanding and commitment to TQM is an important and continuous improvement.
The TQM process should assess everybody, both internal and external customers.Recognition of the personnel and team contribution were encouraged.
