The financial situation around the world is in turmoil with the technology industry being hesitant to invest in new technology due to the fear of a recession. This thesis tries to find possibilities how to market and enable sales in the after sales market of an organization in the automation industry.
The thesis aims to show the possibilities for the company to increase its after sales revenue. The core concept that was used in this thesis revolves around sales enablement and its practices. The data for this thesis was collected through informal and formal interviews. Data was analysed and processed through the action research method principles.
Results from this thesis show that through the marketing campaign the company was able to improve its approach and offerings in customer interactions. With these improvements, the company is able to present more marketable solutions to its customers.
The solution was found through launching a marketing campaign of the company’s Customer Support products and investigating the sales enablement process
