The thesis presents a detailed analysis of the organisational culture of the case company KROODO Center "Ini tiative". Organisational culture is an essential aspect of every organisation as it influences company productiv ity and can maximise its growth potential. However, many SMEs do not consider culture important.
The objective of the work was to examine the management of organisational culture in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) through a case study of Center "Initiative". Despite the organisation's contribution to
the development of culture, the client company seeks areas for improvement. The company strives to ascer tain the effectiveness of the current organisational culture.
The research methodology employed a subjectivistic-qualitative approach, utilising interviews and observations
within the organisation. The interviews were conducted with three top managers and thirteen employees, fo cusing on various cultural aspects. The results analyses were interpreted as cultural levels: artefacts, espoused
values and basic assumptions. The research findings indicate that the organisational culture of Center "Initia tive" is satisfactorily effective, enhancing innovation, adaptation, and cooperation.
The study suggests areas for cultural improvement and points out the need for Center "Initiative" to define its
strategic goals. Based on the objectives of company growth, the choice of further implementation of cultural
processes may be made. The organisation can consider cultural change for potential expansion or enhance its
online presence and integrate remote workers into a shared organisational culture.
