This research explores about the effectiveness of collaborative leadership on employee motivation and commitment within the private sector of the Nepalese market. The study aims to provide valuable insights for organizational leaders and contribute to the betterment of the workplace. The methodology of the study includes a qualitative research approach than includes the feedback on the open-end questioning with leaders and employees from various private companies of Nepal. Thematic analysis is employed to find the themes linked to collaborative leadership, employee motivation and commitment. The findings show a link between collaborative leadership styles and higher levels of employee motivation and commitment. The study emphasizes the importance of collaborative leadership in creating a healthy work environment. The study includes recommendations on leadership development programs. The study adds to a greater understanding of effective leadership approach in the context of Nepal’s private sector. These findings could be used to guide organizational policies and strategies to improve employee motivation and commitment in evolving markets.
