The goal of this diary thesis is to observe and enhance the work of a payroll professional in the financial management sector of a company providing comprehensive financial services across various industries.
The thesis is structured in a diary format, describing workdays over a ten-week period. At the end of each week, a weekly analysis is conducted to analyze events, challenges, and successes that emerged during the week. Development areas identified include enhancing personal skills, refining work processes, improving time management, and implementing automation. The objective of the thesis is to develop the student's abilities to contribute to the company's progress and propose solutions. Through the student's development, identifying improvements of existing practices that can benefit the work community is sought.
Based on the diary thesis, the client gains insights into areas for improvement, employee workflows, and workplace comfort to enhance overall work efficiency.
