This thesis was written in a hope of starting a new service business by the writer himself. He has experience from ICT related work and hopes to turn that skill into money as an entrepreneur in near future. Aim of this thesis was to produce a business plan for the considered business yet it turned to be a surface contact on things that need to be considered when a business is planned.
Thus, this paper describes some essential issues a start-up business needs to have in its business plan yet still not being complete business plan. Entrepreneurs should be aware of the bureaucracy related to business activities and some of the important stakeholders are mentioned in this work. This paper also gives an impression about methods that can be used to develop the business. As an extra, annexes contain a service request form which should have all the relevant information a repair service would need to finish their job. Moreover, some useful links for starting entrepreneurs are mentioned in annexes.
During this thesis, it became clear that starting a business is not just something one can instantly do if they have a good business idea. Ultimately, starting the business needs thorough planning. Since business plan needs to be revisited occasionally I personally would recommend having a more graphical approach rather than fully text based plan.
