The technology used in the automotive industry is upgrading day by day and it has changed the global economy and people’s lifestyles from this industry’s products. So, the quality of products is important for people’s safety and life which is used in the automotive industry. Quality control and quality production of products upgrade the value of manufacturers in the global market of the automotive industry. Quality Gate process determines the quality of production and quality control of products. Quality Gate process plays an important role for all organizations to upgrade their value and trustworthiness with customers of the world market.
The organization becomes more efficient, valuable, and productive in the global market by delivering quality production and achieving customer satisfaction goals. Quality product is the character of an organization that behaves as trust behavior to customers. Quality gate processes are control and decision points that help reduce the cost factor and improve the quality of products during production. It ensures the highest quality and reduces effort for measurement and testing by early detection of challenges. The assembly system has succeeded in limited range for quality and cost of product in meeting the requirement of the automotive industry. Quality assembly directly affects the quality of the product and assemblers have a strong impact on the assembly process and building of the system.
