Tiivistelmä
The study focuses on analyzing the possibility of using humor when doing business in Vietnam. The client organization is HURMOS project which is a cooperation project between Oulu University of Applied Sciences and University of Oulu. The project aims to advance the strategic usage of humor in Finnish companies by increasing the awareness and competence of humor usage. The objective of this thesis is to draw an overall picture of using humor in business activities in Vietnamese context.
