Enterprise-level companies often need strong internal management strategies to continually assess, maintain, and improve their HR management practices. Otherwise it could lead to functional issues within the organization as the relationships between internal stakeholders and departments begin to fall and collaboration within the company essentially becomes impossible. That is a key reason why many businesses fail even in profitable industries. That is why companies are more diligent about improving and maintaining their HR management practices than ever before.
This research study analyzes the available literature regarding effective HR management practices to identify specific ways in which companies can improve their HR management practices. The results are expected to be able to help company executives implement more effective HR management practices which will, in turn, enable companies to be more successful while operating in large, complex, sophisticated organizational structures. Essentially, these recommendations are designed to help enterprise-level organizations function with a similar level of internal efficiency and control that smaller companies have through the effective use of HR management policies.
