Energiatestin saldoseuranta

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö tehtiin Laturi Corporation Oy:lle, joka tarjoaa asiakkailleen verkossa tehtävää, hyvinvointia ja jaksamista mittaavaa palvelua nimeltä Energiatesti. Tarkoituksena oli tehdä palvelun ylläpitäjille seurantatyökalu testin suorituksista. Ensivaiheen tavoitteena oli saada tilastotiedot testin suoritusmääristä, jotta yritys voi sekä graafisesti että numeraalisesti seurata niiden kehittymistä. Toinen tavoite oli laskutuksen helpottaminen tuomalla sivulle ajankohtainen tieto uusista testisuorituksista. Kolmantena tavoitteena oli saada kunkin palveluntarjoajan käytetty ja jäljellä oleva saldo näkyviin. Luonnollisena jatkumona kehitykselle olisi laskutuksen automatisointi ja myynnin siirtäminen verkkokauppaan, joita ei tässä opinnäytetyössä käsitelty.

Työn pohjana käytettiin sivustolle aiemmin tehtyä taulukkosivua, joka kokosi jokaisen palveluntarjoajan tekemät testisuoritukset. Koska tuloksien hakutapa oli puutteellinen ja osin virheellinen, taulukon tietoa ei voinut käyttää hyväksi. Taulukon rakenne pysyi kohtuullisen samanlaisena, joitain lisäyksiä lukuun ottamatta. Uutena ominaisuutena tulivat erilliselle sivulle aukeavat ympyrä- ja palkkimuotoiset kuvaajat. Ensin mainitut esittivät eri testien lukumääräistä suhdetta toisiinsa ja jälkimmäiset lukumääriä ajan suhteen.

Lopputuloksena saatiin käyttökelpoinen, yrityksen päätuotteen menekinseurantaa ja laskutusta helpottava työkalu.

The client of this thesis was Laturi Corporation Oy. The company offers a web-based well-being mapping service called Energy Test. The aim of this project was to develop a balance monitoring tool for test executions. Target platform was a web portal for Energy Test admins. First goal was to gather statistics of the test executions, giving admins a way to monitor them both graphically and numerically. Second goal was to facilitate billing by presenting real-time information of new test executions. Final goal was to bring out the balance information of each service provider. Natural way of further development would had been billing automatization and online shop, which were excluded from the scope of this thesis.

The base of this work was a once-developed table chart, which gathered the amount of test executions of each service provider. Since the results shown in table chart were insufficient or even false, the information couldn't be used. Structure of the table remained fairly similar, despite some additions and changes. As a new feature, pie and bar charts were created. The former presented a ratio of different test types and the latter the amount of tests at each given time.

As a final outcome of this work was received a functional tool that facilitates balance monitoring and billing of the product.
