Tiivistelmä
Oulun seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä (Osekk), on Hailuodon, Iin, Kempeleen, Limingan, Lumijoen, Muhoksen, Oulun ja Tyrnävän omistama, vuonna 1994 perustettu koulutuskuntayhtymä. Osekk:n koulutuspalvelut toteuttaa Oulun seudun ammattiopisto (OSAO). Opiskelijoiden kokonaismäärä on n. 14 000 ja henkilöstön määrä 935. Oulun seudun ammattiopisto on merkittävä talonrakennusalan kouluttaja Pohjois-Suomessa. Oulun seudun ammattiopiston yksiköissä Kaukovainiolla ja Haukiputaalla opiskelee lähemmäs 300 Rakennusalan perustutkintoa talorakentajaksi opiskelevaa oppilasta vuosittain.
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on kuvailla Oulun ammattiopiston talonrakennusprojektin toteutusta. Työn tavoite on lisätä tietämystä Oulun seudun ammattiopiston, Kaukovainion yksikön talonrakennus talonrakennusprojektista sekä löytää rakentamisprojektin kehittämisen kohteet. Lisäksi työstä saadaan uusia näkökulmia ammattiopiston rakentamisprojektin laadun ja prosessien kehittämiselle.
Tutkimus on laadullinen tutkimus. Työn aineisto on kerätty haastattelemalla ja kyselyllä. Haastattelut tehtiin rakennusprojektia johtaville henkilöille ja kysely rakentamisvaiheessa oleville työtä ohjaaville opettajille ja ammattimiehille.
Tutkimuksessa nousi talonrakennusprojektin kehityskohteiksi organisaatioiden yhteistyö ja tehtävien selkeyttäminen, rakentamisen organisointi, turvallisuusjohtaminen sekä tavoitteiden ja vaatimusten asettaminen talonrakennusprojektille. Oulu Region Joint Authority for Education (Osekk), is a training company founded in 1994 by Hailuoto, Iin, Kempele, Limingan, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu and Tyrnävän. Osekk educational services are implemented by Oulu Regional College (OSAO). The total number of students is about 14,000 and the number of staff is 935. The Oulu Vocational College is a significant house building trainee in the Nordic region. In the units of the Oulu Vocational College, Kaukovainio and Haukipudas are studying closer to 300 foundation-level graduate students who are studying as a talented student annually.
The purpose of this thesis is to describe the implementation of the building project of the Oulu Vocational College. The aim of the thesis is to increase the knowledge of the Oulu School of Vocational College, Kaukovainio unit’s building project, and find the issues concerning construction project that need to be developed. In addition, the work provides new perspectives on the quality of the vocational school's construction project and on the development of processes.
Research is a gualitative research. The material of the work was collected by interviews and questionnaires. The interviews were conducted with persons responsible for the construction project and the questionnaires were held to the teachers and professionals who directed the work in the construction phase. The research shows that the following factors need to be developed: the cooperation of organizations and clarifying tasks, managing safety as well as setting targets and requirements for a building project.
