This investigation examines overall employee experience of Barona’s seasonal employee’s
working at Levi Hotel Spa Resort, specifically focusing upon employee satisfaction levels and areas of improvement. Employing quantitative and qualitative research methods, supported by an established theoretical framework, the investigation was able to analyse the following research questions: What are the seasonal employee satisfaction levels of Barona employee’s working at Levi Hotel Spa Resort? What improvements could be implemented to improve the overall experience for employees? The findings reveal an overall positive employee experience with satisfied employees who are actively engaged in their work, moreover, highlighted development areas of increasing employee skills. The recommendation from this was for Barona and Levi Hotel Spa Resort to maintain the same level of standards to ensure future positive employee experiences.
