Human resource management has been a vital aspect of companies, associations and especially for new rising startup companies. Finnish new startup companies are no exception, a well- structured human resource department is truly important no matter how many employees there are or how big company it is. This thesis of mainly literature survey findings are mostly for startup companies.
The major objectives of the thesis are to find out the main strategies of the current startup entrepreneurship’s human resource management situation and search out the theoretical methods for the future human resource management in aspects of influences, effects and etc.
The background knowledge for the literature survey is implemented through a good deal of studies on human resource management literatures and case studies on either successful or failed manages companies. By searching for nowadays small business and startup companies cases, the literature survey will be written according to the searching and at the same time making corrections or finding the most suitable methods for new growing startup companies.
