This thesis is devoted to Bestpack OU. Bestpack OU is a wholesale enterprise that specializes in the distribution of food, domestic, and industrial packaging materials. The company is now in the initial stages of expanding its operations into the Finnish market in the field of packaging commerce. The primary goal of this project is to examine the key methods that a company should adopt upon entering the Finnish market to expedite its expansion and create a strong foothold. The study employs a qualitative research methodology. The CEO of Bеstpack OU took part in the study and was interviewed. The qualitative study includes an examination of the Finnish packaging industry, encompassing customer preferences, legal mandates, and the competitive landscape. The data were additionally examined utilizing strategic planning instruments such as SWOT analysis and PESTEL analysis. The study also incorporates a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, which offers a theoretical foundation for enhancing a company's go-to-market strategy. The study aims to ascertain suggestions for promoting sustainable development in the Finnish market.
The project will produce excellent results, and the company Bеstpack OU will benefit from many benefits. The following strategies, which will enable the company to increase market coverage and credibility, will put it in a good position to enter the Finnish market: forming strategic alliances and partnerships. The company's brand awareness and online visibility will be increased using YouTube advertising, Google Analytics, and Google ads, which will bring about a significant change. By increasing the packaging company's visibility through effective marketing techniques and pushing for the use of sustainable packaging, positive attributes related to innovation, quality, and sustainability will be produced, strengthening consumer loyalty to the brand. Bеstpack OU will be able to establish a competitive advantage for the company by organising environmentally sustainable packaging and following the integrated global sustainable development goals. The company's networks of long-term, strategic partnerships and alliances will improve its position in the market and provide long-term growth strategies for future market expansion in Finland and globally.
