Tiivistelmä
This thesis is written under the supervision of a cross-border project, whose goal is to improve international business relations. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the bottlenecks in cross-country business cooperation between Finland, Russia and Karelian Republic.
The thesis used qualitative research to achieve the goals. The empirical part of the study was created from several sources, and the research part was conducted with thematic survey. The study shows what are the issues in the youth international entrepreneurship with Russia.
The analysis of this report did not consist in solving problems. But regarding the survey data, we can conclude that bottlenecks are:
1. Lack of knowledges about Russia as country and as business-partner
2. Lack of business ideas in young Finnish entrepreneur society
3. Lack of business partners in young Finnish entrepreneur society
Bottlenecks were found successfully thanks to the correct target audience and correct questions.
