The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to record the development process of the Statistics page displayed in the agent tool used by employees of Kommeet Oy, also known as Smilee.
By using examples in the form of code snippets and screenshots, the document demonstrated the developing progress, from designing to implementing each feature.
In the end of the process, the Statistics page had been successfully built and it was able to show all the required information as well as enabled a better users’ experience with new features and upgrades.
