Recruitment significantly impacts organizational stability and strategy, and recent technological advancements have transformed this process. The shift to digital platforms and the integration of data analytics and AI have streamlined hiring, enhancing efficiency and candidate-role matching. This thesis examines how recruitment professionals use AI-powered tools and the challenges they face. The goal was to create a practical report detailing methods to enhance recruitment using AI. Through a literature review, it provides a comprehensive understanding of AI's impact on recruitment, highlighting both opportunities and challenges in this evolving field. The thesis findings indicate that AI can remarkably improve the recruitment process. Key benefits for recruiters include AI's ability to analyze data, make decisions, communicate and match with potential candidates. In conclusion, with human intervention, AI can be a highly effective tool for enhancing recruitment.
