This research is done by the author for Lean Entries Ltd., who is the commissioner of this thesis. The subject of this thesis was also based on the interest of the commissioning company’s in improving its digital marketing efforts. The primary purpose of this research is to help the commissioning company gain deeper insight into digital marketing by understanding their current efforts and build on them in order their improve their future digital marketing. The outcomes of this research are a digital marketing plan for the commissioning company, and several digital marketing tactics best practices and digital marketing dashboards that can be used to understand key concepts and metrics.
