Perehdytyskansion päivittäminen Vihannin terveysasemalle

Abstract

Nykyään yhä useammilla työpaikoilla käytetään paljon sijaisia. Jokaisella on oikeus saada asianmukainen perehdytys aloittaessaan uudessa työpaikassa. Aikaisemmin uuden työntekijän aloittaessa on käytetty työhön opastamista. Sen on katsottu riittävän, ja on ajateltu, ettei laajemmalle perehdyttämiselle ole tarvetta. Nykyään työtehtävät ovat haastavampia ja monimutkaisempia, ja työelämän kirkkaimpina tavoitteina pidetään jatkuvaa uusiutumista sekä kehittymistä ja moniammatillista yhteystyötä, sekä yhteistyötä eri organisaatioiden kanssa. Siksi myös perehdyttämisestä on tullut laaja-alaisempaa ja entistä tärkeämpää.

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa ajantasainen perehdytyskansio Vihannin terveysasemalle, joka kuuluu Raahen Seudun Hyvinvointikuntayhtymään ja sijaitsee Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli, että perehdytyskansio auttaisi ja tukisi uuden työntekijän perehdytyksessä. Perehdytyskansio toimii apuna ja tietolähteenä myös kokeneemmallakin työntekijällä. Opinnäytetyöntekijöiden henkilökohtaisina tavoitteina oli, että he oppisivat työskentelemään projektityön parissa ja että perehdytyskansiota tulisi käytännöllinen.

Opinnäytetyö koostuu teoriaosuudesta, raportista sekä perehdytyskansiosta. Teoriaosuudessa käsitellään yleistä tietoa perehdyttämisestä sekä esitellään Vihannin terveysasemaa. Raporttiosuudessa käsitellään työn etenemistä.

Perehdytyskansion suunnittelu ja toteutus alkoi keväällä 2021. Sitä arvioi Vihannin terveysaseman hoitajat, jotka perehdytyksestä vastaavat. Kaikki arvioivat perehdytyskansion sisällön muutamaa lisäystä lukuun ottamatta sopivaksi ja asianmukaiseksi. Opinnäytetyöntekijöiden mielestä perehdytyskansiosta tuli selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen.

This thesis describes the updating of the orientation folder which was implemented as project work to the health station of Vihanti. The previous orientation folder was made in 2013, so updating the folder was topical. The subject is working life-oriented, and the need was revealed when another project author worked at the health station of Vihanti.

Today, the use of substitutes has increased more and more in many workplaces. Orientation plays an important role when a new employee starts a new job. Previously, guidance has been used when a new employee starts. It has been considered sufficient, and it has been thought that there is no need for a broader orientation. Nowadays, work tasks are more challenging and complex, and the brightest goals of working life are considered continuous renewal, development and multiprofessional collaboration, as well as cooperation with different organisations. That is why familiarisation has also become more extensive and more important. The aim of the thesis was that the induction folder would help and support the induction of the new employee. The induction folder also serves as an aid and source of information for even a more experienced employee.

The design and implementation of the induction folder began in spring 2021. It is assessed by the nurses of the health station of Vihanti, who are responsible for the orientation. Everyone, with the exception of a few additions to the orientation folder, rated the contents of the induction folder as suitable and property. According to the thesis workers, the induction folder became clear and easy to use.
