Tiivistelmä
The project aimed to design, implement, and develop smart clothes for posture correction that monitor the users’ real-time posture and send immediate feedback to the user app. The system was built with a combination of hardware and software components. To capture the posture data, an Arduino mega microcontroller integrated with an MPU6050 Accelerometer and Gyroscope. Bluetooth was used to transmit the sensor data to a mobile application, which accessed the data and provided feedback on whether the posture was good or bad.
The results demonstrated that the project's objectives were met. The data was consistent, accurate, and responsive to changes in posture with no significant delay or data loss, and the wireless communication between the system and the mobile app was stable within a range of up to 10 meters. The system offers a practical solution for improving and encouraging good posture that enhances physical health and well-being. Future research and development can refine the system in various ways.
