Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores the reasons why the commissioners’, or Company X’s speech technologies have not achieved product-market fit (PMF) in its target segments, including medical devices, self-service, robotics, critical communications, special and emergency vehicles, and industrial automation. Despite the product’s technological strengths, including offline functionality, privacy features, and robust speech recognition, market adoption has been slow. The study addresses gaps in customer awareness, market readiness, and challenges posed by long sales cycles and pricing concerns.
