Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores undocumented immigration in the European Union, focusing on economic impacts, management challenges, and policy implications. It highlights the contributions of undocumented immigrants to labor markets, their vulnerability to exploitation, and the ethical issues in enforcement practices. Using qualitative research, the study provides insights into integration barriers, human rights concerns, and the need for balanced policy reforms that promote social inclusion and economic justice.
