Practical implementations for organization hierarchy arrangement in the
Caseform system and contact form development were accomplished in the thesis
to facilitate automatic case creation efficiently. The thesis aimed to provide
Nubedian GmbH company with a clear horizon of how partner organizations’
patient data were collected for the automatic case creation with a required
preceding phase of organization parent-child relationship establishment in the
Caseform system.
A literature review included many important theories of used modern
technologies for building website solutions in the thesis. Full details to construct
comprehensive practical implementations for the website application were
elaborately mentioned in the empirical part.
At first, a hierarchy structure among organizations was established in the
Caseform system with careful reviews from the Caseform team. Continuously,
the contact form demo was sketched with a mock-up, designed, and implemented
with state-of-the-art technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Tailwind
CSS, Material UI, and MongoDB to organize the entire process including patient
personal data collection, email notification with successful submission, and
automatic case creation.
Consequently, the entire solutions were accomplished to achieve the main goal
as planned. Core implementations played a crucial role in providing Nubedian
company with efficient methods for the Caseform system and strong foundations
for further prospective developments such as the automatic creation of
broadcasts for child organizations and automatic waiting lists for patients in child
organizations.
