The Conversion Rate Optimization with Improvement of User Experience is research for gathering information and insight on the influence of user experience (UX) design on user behavior and conversion rates and offers a general solution on improving User Experience design. The data used was drawn from a comprehensive review of articles, books, studies and industry reports. This research delves into the dynamics between UX design elements and user engagement metrics.
This study employed a research methodology that involved combining existing literature and finding examples among existing websites that have applied and proved the gathered key CRO improvement techniques using UX to be right.
Findings indicated a strong correspondence between effective UX design and user engagement, with users displaying increased tendency to convert when presented with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Conversely, instances of poor UX design often result in decreased conversion metrics.
Based on the findings, this research proposes actionable strategies for optimizing conversion rates through meticulous UX design practices. By interpreting key principles and best practices in UX design, this study can be used to enhance user experience, foster greater engagement, and ultimately drive higher conversion rates of a business.
In conclusion, this thesis underscores the critical importance of UX design in shaping user behavior and influencing conversion metrics within digital platforms, which can be used by businesses to strategically optimize their digital interfaces to maximize conversion rates.
