This thesis focuses on MCAD library process automatization on product data management, defining the processes, script, tool workflow and content of digital component libraries.
The purpose of this thesis was to examine what issues to consider when considering consistency and efficiency in current processes and tool workflow and to develop new process and tool workflow to support librarians in managing the library.
As a result of this thesis, current processes and tool workflow could be utilized more consistently and in a less laborious way. The next step would be the library process automatization on a wider scope but for this thesis the complexity and widespread scope would not have been possible.
