Tiivistelmä
This research explores implementation of Customer Relationship Management CRM systems in the renewable energy industry with emphasis placed on their influence on increasing stakeholder engagement, efficiency in projects and general operational effectiveness. As renewable energy business grows and becomes more complicated, good communication, data management and coordination between divers’ stakeholders have become essential. The problem in the problem that the research is concerned with is namely issues with the processes of implementation CRM-systems, i.e. integration problems, issues with users’ resistance, and high costs for implementation.

The underlying theories of the study are theories of digital transformation and stakeholder relationship management. A qualitative research approach using secondary data from journal articles, case studies and industry reports was used.

From the findings, it is found that CRM systems add significantly to improving customer satisfaction, streamlining workflows and making data driven decisions. However, effective implementation requires readiness of organization, training of staff, and correct system integration. The study finds CRM systems as essential tools for renewable energy companies for long term sustainability, better stakeholder coordination and competitive advantage in a fast-changing energy environment.
