Investigating the Impact of Messengers on Team Communication in Small Projects

Abstract

This research investigates how messaging tools affect team communication in small projects. As digital communication tools become more common, it's really important to understand their impact on interactions in project-based work settings. This study sets out to examine how these tools influence communication efficiency, message clarity, response speed, and human interactions among team members.

Based on theories of organizational communication and how teams work together, this research used a structured questionnaire and a quantitative approach. Data was collected from 47 active team members in small projects from different fields and then analyzed using methods like descriptive statistics and correlation tests.

The findings of this study strongly suggest that messaging tools positively affect the efficiency and quality of communication in small project teams. These tools greatly aid in improving team performance in modern work environments by increasing speed, transparency, and coordination.
