Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyö on tehty Valio Oy:n toimeksiantona. Työn tavoitteena oli muodostaa kauraekstruusioprosessin tuotantolaitteistolle ennakkohuoltosuunnitelmat. Huoltosuunnitelmat luotiin laitevalmistajien huolto-ohjeitten ja syksyllä 2024 pidettyjen huoltopäivien pohjalta. Sivutavoitteena oli huolto-ohjeen tekeminen ekstruuderille ja varaosalistan tekeminen tuotantokalusteelle.
Suunnitelmat täytettiin Valiolla valmiiksi käytössä olevalle Excel-pohjalle ja jaksotettiin aikavälin perusteella. Työn tuloksena muodostui huoltosuunnitelmat ekstruuderille, prosessin kuljettimille, säkityslaitteistolle, aikataulut nosto-laitteiden viranomaistarkastuksille ja huolto-ohje ekstruuderin ennakkohuoltoa varten. The thesis was commissioned by Valio Ltd. The aim of the work was to create preventive maintenance plans for the production equipment of the oat extrusion process. The maintenance plans were developed based on the equipment manufacturers' maintenance instructions and the maintenance days held in autumn 2024. Secondary goals were making a maintenance guide for the extruder and list of parts for the production equipment.
The plans were filled out using a pre-existing Excel template in use at Valio and scheduled based on time intervals. As a result, maintenance plans were created for the extruder, the conveyors, the bagging equipment, schedules for the inspections of lifting equipment, and a maintenance guide for the preventive maintenance of the extruder.
