Data 2 was to build a practical initial recommendation. Data 3 was gathered through interviews with stakeholders and the project manager and then the initial proposal was validated to align with business objectives.
The outcome of this thesis is recommendations to help project management to finish projects on time by offering a practical action plan for the management team to use in an effective way.
